Cassi Magnus is the behind-the-scenes driving force at Premier Pest Control, serving as both owner and office administrator. She handles everything from scheduling and customer communication to operations and organization, ensuring the business runs smoothly and every client feels valued. Cassi’s dedication, leadership, and attention to detail help create the dependable, family-oriented service Premier Pest Control is known for. Whether she’s coordinating the day’s routes, answering customer questions, or supporting the technicians, Cassi works hard to make sure every service starts with clarity, ends with satisfaction, and reflects the high standards she holds for the company.

Bryant has been servicing this community since 2013 in wildlife and pest control! He is a licensed pest control and nuisance wildlife (rodent dedicated) technician who genuinely loves helping people feel comfortable and confident in their homes. He takes the time to listen, look closely, and explain what he finds so you always know what’s going on and what to expect. Every home and every situation is different, and he enjoys figuring out the best solution to keep pests out for good. His goal is simple: treat you with honesty, do the job right the first time, and make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish.

Jeff started with us in June of 2025 and has been a fan favorite since! He is a dedicated pest control technician committed to keeping homes and businesses safe, healthy, and pest-free. With a strong focus on customer care and the latest industry techniques, he takes pride in providing thorough inspections, effective treatments, and honest recommendations tailored to each situation. Whether he’s solving a tough infestation or helping prevent future issues, he always delivers reliable results, clear communication, and peace of mind you can count on!

Kim Mitchell is a licensed pest control technician who joined Premier Pest Control in 2026. With several years of experience in lawn care and animal care, Kim brings a strong understanding of the outdoors and a genuine passion for helping customers.

One of Kim’s favorite services is treating stinging insects. She takes pride in solving tough pest problems and especially enjoys the investigative side of her work—identifying the source of an issue and finding the right solution to get it under control.

Kevin brings more than a decade of hands-on experience to the pest control industry. He is a licensed pest control technician and is also licensed to perform wood-destroying insect inspections and treatments, including termite services.

After recently relocating to Indiana, Kevin joined the Premier Pest Control team in 2026, bringing his experience, knowledge, and commitment to quality service to homeowners and business owners throughout the community.

Hannah Burwell serves as a key part of our Premier Pest Control office team, bringing organization, professionalism, and a warm customer-focused approach to every interaction. She manages scheduling, coordinates service appointments, and ensures communication flows smoothly between our customers and technicians. Hannah is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to make clients feel supported from the moment they call. Her dedication helps keep our operations running efficiently and ensures every customer receives prompt, clear, and friendly service.

Heather Lynch Rance brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, client relations, and customer service to the Premier Pest Control team. She understands that great service is about more than simply meeting expectations—it’s about listening, communicating, following through, and treating every customer with care and respect.

At Premier Pest Control, Heather plays an important role behind the scenes, helping keep everything running smoothly. Known for her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, Heather goes the extra mile to make sure every interaction is a positive one.

John is licensed as a technician for pest control and for wood destroying insect inspections and treatments, including termites. He had 35+ years of extraordinary customer care as a Community Pharmacist, a retail sales associate, professional sales, and sales management. He is committed to meeting customer needs by listening to and then guiding customers to choose the right approach. Having been trained by the “Late” Dennis Felix, (founder of Premier Pest Control), John was committed to lead by example in building on the tradition of customer service that Dennis established for our company.

Kristin Flora, the former owner, was raised on a farm and is no stranger to hard work. She graduated from Purdue with degrees in AgriBusiness Management, Communications and Organizational Leadership & Supervision. Her passion for giving back and ensuring excellence in everything she touches is contagious. This is evident not only through Premier Pest Control’s values and standards, but pours out of the team thanks to her leadership.

Prior to October 1, 2019 Dennis Felix owned Premier Pest Control for 20+ years. He was a beloved member of the community and quickly became friends with everyone he met.He had a heart for people and always took time with each client to ensure he met their needs and solved their problem. We are incredibly blessed to have been able to share in his wisdom and guidance as we continue to grow.

Peggy was the voice of Premier Pest Control. When you called – she answered. A school teacher by education, she owned a variety of personal businesses before joining Premier Pest Control. She was smart, paid close attention to detail, thorough, had a heart for people and did what is right. She worked tirelessly to make sure customers’ needs were satisfied.
