Our Full 20 Year History

On April 21, 2025 Premier Pest Control was handed over to Cassi and Bryant Magnus. They previously knew and worked with Kristin and Dennis in years past, passing clients and knowledge over the years. Cassi and Bryant have worked in the industry since 2012 and have a passion for creating tailored treatments to every client. Cassi’s passion centers around the local Hendricks county community and is excited to provide a great service to the community!

On October 1, 2019, ownership of the company changed from Dennis Felix to Kristin Flora. We were fortunate enough to have Dennis work closely with us for two years before he passed away in October of 2021. We were impacted by his passion and knowledge of the business, and we are carrying out his “above and beyond” customer service legacy.
